Please note - this kit does not include written instructions but a link to a video tutorial. I personally find video instructions easier to follow and a lot of my customers have said the same :)

Making Things Happen

Delivery

Delivery within the UK is free unless you upgrade your postage to express.

All UK orders are sent Tracked48 with Royal Mail. Tracked48 orders tend to arrive within 2-3 days. You can upgrade to Tracked24 delivery at checkout. Tracked24 usually delivers next working day.

All orders are sent same day (if ordered before 5pm).

All international orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and are subject to a £12 delivery fee.

Returns

We offer returns of orders within 14 days of receipt.Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at the customers own expense.

If required, please contact us for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. The customer is to notify us within 7 days of receipt if unsatisfied with the product for any reason.

When returning an item, it is recommend that the customer use a recorded service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
