Delivery
Delivery within the UK is free for orders over £25. Orders under £25 will be charged a delivery fee of £2.95.
All UK orders are sent 1st Class with Royal Mail. 1st Class orders tend to arrive within 1-2 days.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 days.
All international orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and are subject to a £12 delivery fee.
Returns
We offer returns of orders within 14 days of receipt.Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at the customers own expense.
If required, please contact us for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. The customer is to notify us within 7 days of receipt if unsatisfied with the product for any reason.
When returning an item, it is recommend that the customer use a recorded service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
